Longlife roses are real roses that can last more than three years . To create long-life roses, only the best hand-cut roses are used. After the fresh roses have reached the appropriate stage of ripeness, the roses are treated through an advanced technical process in which the natural juices are replaced by a liquid mixture of glycerin, water and dyes.
The growth process is in fact stabilized. This allows the rose to retain its natural beauty, silky shine and beautiful bright color. The result is a beautiful product that feels like a freshly picked rose.
Flowerboxes longlife
Our Flowerboxes can easily be cleaned with a microfiber cloth. These wipes are available in many stores.
Our longlife roses are real roses that can last for years. Proper care is also important here. This lifespan can only be guaranteed without heat sources, direct sunlight or other UV light, damp places or rooms with high temperatures.
The longlife roses do not need water and if dust gets on the roses, dust them gently with a duster. Do not place objects on our Flowerboxes, as this may crush and damage the roses. Do not remove the roses from the Flowerboxes, the roses have been carefully placed by Rosuz.
Rose bear treatment
Our Rose Bears are specially made by hand and remain infinitely beautiful. The Rose Bears are made of PE foam and do not require any care. If dust gets on the products, dust gently with a duster.
Do not place objects on the Rose Bears as this may crush and damage the roses. You can decide for yourself whether to remove the product from the luxurious packaging.
Our returns policy allows customers to return unused and undamaged gifts within a specified time period. Details can be found on this page.

Certainly! At Rosuz Verrast we offer the option to choose a specific delivery date, including holidays. We also have 4 delivery blocks available:
- 09:00 - 12:00
- 12:00 - 15:00
- 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- 6:00 PM. -21:00
This way you can plan your surprise at a time that suits you and the recipient best.
The minimum order at Rosuz Verrast is 245 euros.

If the recipient is not at home during the delivery attempt, we will first contact the customer to arrange a suitable delivery time. If there is no response, we will take the surprise back and plan an alternative delivery method. In some cases this may mean that we send the surprise by post the next day. We always strive to deliver the surprise to the recipient in an appropriate manner.
Yes! As soon as the delivery person is on his way with your surprise, you can follow live where our delivery person is. You will receive real-time updates about the location and estimated arrival time via SMS or email. This way you are immediately informed of the progress of the delivery and you can anticipate the moment of surprise.
For urgent orders, we recommend that you contact our emergency service directly on +31 85 130 49 66. Our dedicated team will take all possible steps to meet your urgent request. We understand that some moments are extra special, and we are here to ensure that your surprise is delivered on time and with the desired urgency.
At Rosuz Verrast we have a cancellation policy where you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the planned delivery. If you cancel within this period, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. For cancellations within 24 hours of delivery, cancellation fees may apply. Please contact our customer service for further cancellation assistance.
